For 15 years we worked as Private Hire drivers. Many of our fares involved driving passengers to and from the airport.  Over the years we have assisted passengers who may need some help circumnavigating the check-in process. For example, we have helped foreigners who struggled with speaking English, large families who had to juggle babies, buggies, and luggage, or sometimes it was simply someone who was a nervous traveller and needed a bit of a guiding hand.

We came to realise the necessity of such a service and Flyaison was born. This is a one-of-a kind service that is not available anywhere else in the world.

We have made it our business to familiarise ourselves with airport procedure, policy, and regulations. This allows us to assist both the airline and passengers in dealing with issues that could potentially escalate into frustration and possible missed flights.

We keep an up-to-date database of the most popular routes and destinations frequented by our passengers such as USA,  Israel and Most European Destinations. This allows us to help airline staff and passengers to reschedule their journeys in the case of delayed, cancelled or missed flights.

We are familiar with most of the major London airports, and we ensure to always approach staff and passengers with an amenable manner.

We have already assisted in so many cases that we are already familiar to numerous check-in clerks, Airline & Baggage personnel, and immigration and border control officers. We have built up a rapport with several airline and airport staff so that when we get called to a case they know they can trust us to deal with the matter amicably and efficiently.

When we are called to a case the first thing we do is talk to the passenger. Once they see a friendly face, who is a member of their community, they will immediately relax. This then allows them to relate their problems in a calm manner, and they will feel more comfortable imparting information which they may have felt was irrelevant or were too afraid to impart to airline staff.

We then manage the situation in a calm, relaxed, and informed manner, thus avoiding temper tantrums and frazzled nerves.
